Lidl Supermarket Chain Eyeing Bayonne Location: Report

German grocery chain Lidl, which is in the midst of an expansion in the Garden State, is looking to open a location in Bayonne, Jersey Digs magazine recently reported.

In a statement to Jersey Digs, Lidl declined to release much specific information, but confirmed it was looking at a location in the city.

The website for JMF Properties lists a Lidl supermarket as one of the tenants planned for the Harbor View Marketplace development on Route 440, Jersey Digs also reported.
